Cons

• Massive employee turnover (Mass recruitment every month).
• Very poor pay/renumeration system, and very poor additional benefits/ allowances.
• Toxic top management politics/decisions.
• No/poor reward for individual and branch performance.
• "Soldier go, soldier come" system. Staff are viewed as disposable.
• Firing of staff without tangible reason
• Unreasonable branch/ staff target without corresponding budget.
• Poor, inconsistent and unsure profit sharing formula.
• Lack of suitably qualified senior management team.
• Temperament-induced management decisions
• Positional promotion without corresponding increment.
• Consistent employee burnout.
