I know that this is not the right place to post this angry sad
Please who can help me out my phone has been showing this since I came back from work the worst part is that if I played music or someone called me I can't hear the person I have plugged earpiece to see if it will turn off but it didn't work it please how do I turn it off

Try blowing the headphones jack area seems moisture has entered into it and it's activating headphone even when there's no one plugged in.

b4 dat get a soft cloth like the one for cleaning glasses and use it with a needle or toothpick to clean the headphone jack

Bro, this is a simple issue. Get the ear phone, plug it back, then remove it. That icon should go away. Do that till it goes away. You way also need to apply some strength. Good luck.

Put earpiece inside your phone and remove it, e go reset back�
