Believe me, I downloaded the app on the 30th of last month while surfing through Play store, I even forgot about it until I decided to do night sub.

All I did was to input my name, BVN, account and purpose of loan. It's so simple. I thought they won't approve it. This is my first time of borrowing a loan honestly.
Na advert you dey try do. You be small pikin

Yes. Pls how can I pay it back ASAP. should I ask for their account number or I should leave it there? Would they deduct it?

Pay back the 15K right now.
They can only charge you interest for 1 day instead of 2 weeks

Should I proceed?

Same thing happened to me but not with those loan sharks.

A pop up appeared on my GTB mobile app stating that I am qualified for about 1.2m loan. I have been ignoring that message but this time around, I clicked the "accept" icon and in less than 5 munites, I got the alert. Four months after that, I got another message stating that I am qualified for another loan (I guess a top-up) from same bank. I just jumped and passed
So they gave you the 1.2 million?

Shey you see the average mentality of a Nigerian? Outsmart them and not pay.
Recently because of the uncertainty with our economy and fluctuations of the naira, I decided to open a UK account. I tell you it is hard for a Nigerian to do so. Infact an Indian ex banker lady, a gf to my friend told me when you put a Nigeria name in the system, it show red ie high risk! Meaning they should show caution.
I asked the reason, and was told Nigerians are "likely" fraudulent! They take overdrafts accessible to others and and don't pay or steal people's identities to take credit.
Do you know that Barclay's offered me 3,500 pounds overdraft as a new account holder, but I could not successfully open the account at the last stage cos of long story of trying to verify my identity through asking for council tax as proof of address! Why, "smart" Nigerians have messed up our reputations. We are looked at as shaddy characters by default.
Anyway, hope we will learn to do things the right way.
We no dey think long term.
That's always the problem

That don't matter once you send a mail to your bank to cancel all pending direct debit on your account cool and you block all the permissions on their app.

Wow! 30% after 3months? When my bank offers less than 5% monthly interest on our Flash cash feature which you will be credited under 5minutes.. Just that only federal civil servants are eligible to access our Loan.

If the op was to apply for 15k from us,his total repayment after one month would be #15,750.

He would have gotten similar from a co-op, but definitely not "mistakenly".

I believed you. I remember my last loan from Ella Credit. I too was playing around, as my curiosity made me goes further; thinking it would ultimately ask me at some point to accept or not. That was how I unintentionally borrowed 12 to pay back about 15.7k.

Fairmoney is the worst. A lot of people are reading the comment to know the name of the loan app I don't know why the OP refused to state the name of the loan app. It is not good.

A lot of genuine Nigerians are actually interested in that company. Fairmoney and nearly all the popular loan apps can never give you 15K to pay 19.5K in 14 days. They are very cunning. They will twist you, at the end of the you might be 22K in two weeks.

The OP should mention the loan app

Some of these loan app are very dubious. Like Easy money and Okash will not ask you for password. Once you press on the amount, they will start processing the loan. That was how my daughter click on 100k on Easy money and the next thing was the alert of the money in my wife's account. According to my daughter of 3 years old, she opened the app and saw 1 with plenty zeros and she just touched it. That was how we paid over 150k in 6 weeks because you pay 50k plus every two weeks. So it's better you don't install most of them in your phone.

How did they get you'r wife's account number? undecided

My taken loans are all collateral free and at 0 interest for 4 months. PayPal loves me and I hate interest.

Any, just go to Sterling Bank and collect Specta Loan with a very very low interest. For 1 million loans, you will pay 96250 for 12 months. Can you beat this?

sterling bank, do they give loans to non sterling bank account holder?

Yes please, as a current account will be opened for you once your existing bank account statement for 6 months meets your eligibility status. Congratulations in advance.

Not true. Interest is predetermined and calculated over the tenure of the loan. So, even if you pay back your loan after 5 minutes of taking such, you pay full interest rate based on the loan tenure selected. Take note please.
