Before you say you're doing all of these things, ask yourself this true question

Are you really doing everything on this list?

Here you go

✅You may be losing weight but you don't know

✅You're not mindful of what you eat

✅You don't eat enough protein

✅You eat too much calories

✅You're addicted to junks

✅You're not doing any cardio exercise

✅You're still drinking excess sugar

✅You deny yourself good sleep

✅Your carbohydrates intake is in excess

✅You're not drinking enough water

✅You have a medical condition that is making it hard for you to lose weight

✅Your expectations and goal is not realistic

✅You're too focused on dieting instead of forming a healthy lifestyle habits

✅You're still eating late at night

✅You don't want to make sacrifice to achieve what you want

✅You're not in my weight loss challenge or you're not following the tasks I give accordingly.
