Very correct!! FG handed over the running of primary schools to states through UBEB. Same FG started feeding primary school pupils. That's why I believe Nigerian politicians do not understand the idea behind a federal system. You have LGs but a whole FG is feeding school children and not only that, it was initially domiciled in the office of the VP. That is a very terrible case of poor administrative insight. I mean a whole VP of a nation is sitting down and running the feeding of school children in his office.

My bro, nothing has gone out of repair in Nigeria. Nigeria's problem is Leadership failure, particularly at the presidency level. A strong willed president can make Nigeria to work.

Constitution is not our main problem at the moment. The constitution has enough laws for good governance. All that we require to make Nigeria to work is to have a leader, at the apex, who can instill discipline in the citizens through the instrumentality of the constitution.

If you are blaming the Constitution, does the constitution permit the Governor or Local Govt Chairman to collect allocation from federal govt and pocket the fund instead of developing his state or Local Govt?

Once we a get a leader with zeal, and strong political will to develop Nigeria, the citizens will fall in line..Peter Obi on my mind.
