Corporate governance is fighting corruption viciously. Obviously corporate governance will win. There are documents being hidden that transferred ownership of that factory to Dangote after considerations changed hands. What are those considerations. DIL has modernised that factory over the years to a global player. I hope Kogi State will not be greedy in negotiations. It will be win-win for Kogi State and DIL I advise Kogi State government to live for the future by negotiating for share ownership in Dangote Cement instead of instant cash that would be embezzelled. I am surprised the community are saying the company has not done anything for them. My take is they should fear God. I have visited Obajana severally and I saw the various presence DCP in hospital schools, water, roads employment etc. If they want more then let them come to the negotiating table. The DCP will not take over their lives hence they cannot be greedy. An alternative for them is to buy shares in the compan, but enough to be considered for board or board committee appointments, then they can influence more communal benefits
