Speaking on how the Bar Code works, Lagos State Parks and Garages Secretary, Comrade Olayiwola Lemboye, said commuters would download an app and scan the bar code on buses to confirm if they are safe for boarding.

We can all see why Igbos miscreants are bastards. This guy is introducing an innovative approach to curb kidnapping and stop crimes which is a brilliant innovation but because the foolish children of hate that can never amount to anything in this life have started infiltrating this thread with hate and jealousy. The barcode should b placed in and out , all corners of the Bus/taxi. So as u rush in, u LL see it somewhere inside and scan asap.


They LL definitely improve on it. It's a good start.

And I can also bet that that scan code will.be damaged on torn after scuffles with those agberos who always write stupid markers on buses.
