There is this New American Consulate being built at the Eko Atlantic City, the most expensive piece of Land in Nigeria.

Any rebellion against their Western overlords means forfeiting their wealth. According to the great parable of Jesus Christ: "where the treasure of a man is there his heart lies". African leaders know what to do but their rapaciousness has possessed them. They all have multinational passports, and shares in different companies and countries, so why bother about their country and people?

Africa's independence is not because the West wanted their independence but because they found a way to play the game more effectively behind shadows.
