THE TRUTH ABOUT THE NEW ELECTORAL LAW:

1. No manual accreditation.

2. No use of incident forms.

3. All accreditation is fully electronic.

4. Accreditation is Bimodal, meaning facial recognition and finger printing.

5. No pre-election cases after conclusion of Elections..

6. No election cases after swearing into office of the winner.

7. All results must be uploaded to INEC official website at the polling units before taking it to ward, constituency, LGA or state collation centers.

8. If the number of votes cast is more than the accredited voters in the polling unit, the result is cancelled.

9. The number of accredited voters is strictly determined as captured by the BVAS machine.

10. No more agreement between parties to share the remaining ballot papers that were not used.

11. No more massive thump printing and stuffing of ballot boxes. If you like go and steal ballot boxes you are wasting your time. You cannot change the result.

The people's votes are going be fully counting now.

If you didn't serve the people well when in public office, or you are not popular in your political locality, it is advisable to save your money.
Because the people will collect your money, and still vote against you.

The End of ballots-snatching has come to stay in Nigeria.

With the amendment of Nigeria Electoral Act, our votes now counts.

I'd only believe this after the election. Maybe you're not aware that APC have been going about collecting voter's card in neighbourhoods.

We are talking about the Principle of:

“WHAT GOES IN IS WHAT COMES OUT”

Even if there are 300-million Polling-Units across Nigeria, the exact votes that go in should the exact votes that were counted..

NO MORE,, NO LESS.

Any other thing apart from this basic principle is fake and fraudulent.

What brought APC into this

Independent Electoral commission doesn't work for APC the are Independent of Government interference

I am confident that APC would win because it's the best party

APC, PDP,LP, and NNPP will all have polling agents in each pulling unit's together with voter's that will stay there to make sure that their votes are counted,
This election will be one of the toughest election in Nigeria Since 1999, it will be too difficult for any party to rig, let's watch and see, even vote buying will be very diffcult that day

How will it stop vote buying which is the the biggest threat now? There is also the problem of coercion. Voters are coerced into voting the popular candidate of that PU by thugs, or PO forced to write wrong results that will tally with accredited voters figure after bribing other party agents

Let's just see how it goes.

We will observe the Election critically.
At least, with it, we put a lot more loopholes in order before 2027.

All the urchins are only hoping on rigging but unfortunately it will spell doom and end Nigeria if they try it and even will consume lives of these urchins making noise on Nairaland.

We shall be them at their own games.
