Most women experience body pain after delivery. So it depends on their body system, but not like calaba women. They can have sex the day of delivery.
So, i have nothing to say about the drug stuff, but in some cases, red oil and lemon can do the work.

For the second question, if your wife is the type that dont menstrate during breastfeeding, she cannot easily get pregnant during this period. However, the best preventive method for the first 6 months after child birth is Condom.

Correct. Just to add. I have heard of couples where the wives were not menstruating but still became pregnant. So, I agree the best form of protection is using condoms.

out the average healing time of a natural birth

Even if s/he visits te gyno, gyno will tell them
the same average healing times without any individual health conditions etc

the issue is not about seeing a gyno, as the information that was asked is about healing time, information that is given to women after they give birth either midwife or doctor

Every women who has given birth would be told given information about healing times and also
tips to quickly heal etc ( under the assumption that it is a natural birth without any complications)

2 if you read carefully the OP sounds like a man so why would a man go see a gyno

3 All the information he is asking for, women are informed by their respective doctors, nurses,midwife etc

4 Any family planning clinic will give him information on which safe method of which there is no drug/s other than known family planning methods including morning after pill unless the "drug includes traditional/herbal methods"

Give her upto three months to rest and recover

She will be the one to demand for it

As for drugs to prevent pregnancy, it's not necessary because it may harm the child

Use a condom or natural family planning

If you are that guy that loves sex then you already know how to sort out yourself
