Eish! They will start trooping to Lagos from their villages again. Dey wan come make am for Lagos..

Even all their governors and presidential aspirant have houses in Lagos while no Lagos or Yoruba governor has a house in their own state.

Lagos keeps moving, Yoruba land keeps progressing...

Let other governors and those other people too develop their own states and villages...

Yorubas should be grateful to Buhari. Jonathan and Obj neglected Lagos.
That's what we call Strategic alignment in politics and that is the clear reason Yorubas supported Buhari against Jonathan. It's a rub my back, I rub your back thing. Before Buhari, Lagos has always been an oposition state. It's not surprising to see that after aligning to the party at federal level, they are experiencing these level of development.

Yesterday it was airport. Today it's deep seaport. They're all good. But listen up folks. Don't get this twisted. Don't let them confuse you with facts. Sanwo-Olu isn't going to be the president. Remember what a sick Buhari turned Nigeria into before using your pvc next year. Nigeria obviously can't afford another sick president. They're using Sanwo-Olu and Lagos as proxy. If you know, you know.

Tell your useless kerosene Governor to create port in your region.you have your leaders to blame for lack of development.

Why are you saying that? Haba, don't you know it's easier for you to blame Tinubu for all the bad leadership and lack of development in the SE? Please next time blame Tinubu and remember to praise the Pandora master for laying the best foundation for development in the SE and for turning Anambra to little Dubai. Remember only Tinubu is their problem. He's responsible for their underdevelopment because all their states monthly allocation from the FG goes to his pocket.

When Asake said "Usain Bolt, mo d'aleba"......

Lagos is moving at a completely different but terrific pace than the rest of the country combined. 2 seaports, 2 airports, one city.

Really, one has to give it up for all the past governors and administrators of Lagos State. Their willingness to build on the legacy of their predecessors shows that they have the basic but rare understanding that government is a continuum.

Itesiwaju Eko......Eko oni baje o

I pray that those our visitors who we have accommodated and accepted to be one of us for this long would cooperate with us to make this a reality.

Hmmm.... $2.5B.... to be fully bourne by the Private Sector. Who is the Private Sector?... they should say. How much revenue ... and from when would Lagos begin to receive? Project handed over to the FG in 45 years... starting when?... who is financing maintenance until then? 250K jobs ... doing what?... at what pay? ... according to Free Zone agreement?

I'm not saying a deep water port should not be built... but the FG need to be more transparent. Lagos is being sold out and we are here cheering. Free Zone ... where the laws of the land do not apply....is like.a country within a country. What provisions are in the agreement to ensure Nigerians benefit from the project and the community sees improvement? Are new roads going to be built to ease congestion and to bear heavy vehicles? ... what rules would be in place for environmental protection?
These are the things we should consider... we should know about ... the things that can affect us in the long term.
