Off topic...but USA has a premium healthcare response because people in the USA pay much higher for their healthcare...in terms of fees, taxes, and so forth...than Nigeria. Here in Nigeria, we spend 3 billion on health care...dollars for 200 million people. The USA spends 4.1 trillion dollars on healthcare. Annually...that's why I am a bit tetchy about your comparison to the USA.

If I tell you Nigerians that we should pay USA Level.....you will say we are poor. What we have is what we can afford, and it is bad.

Having said that, most accident victims in Nigeria a re transported via private vehicles. Because the US has the money, they can afford ambulances and trained paramedics, nurses and doctors to treat the patient on the ground.

I will agree with the fact that people also die from accident in the US, however he or she was right in his comments in an emergency situations every seconds counts, the time wasted in making video or acting unprofessional would have been enough to prepare him for ICU, the video shows he was bleeding while they kept him sitting instead of taking every minutes seriously and take him to Life support yeah they were busy making excuses, US emergency response to accident can’t be compared to that of Nigeria the hospital management and the entire staff acted very unprofessional that video has exposed their negligence of how they attend to emergency situations, go to government hospitals in Nigeria you will see the manner in which people are dying because lots of these nurses feel too proud to carry out their duties, in fact everyone commenting on this issues needs to see that video

**The Hospital Management has since denied involvement in the making of the video. However, the fact still remains that in such emergencies, every second counts & could spell the difference between survival & death.

People die of such accidents in the US too.He was bleeding from his nose , mouth and ears , that means heavy internal injuries. Only God knows if he would have survived in US or not.May his soul Rest In Peace.
