Was NNPC referring to a particular pipeline which they said is 9 years old or that their oldest pipeline is 9 years old? Mind you, NNPC has several pipeline facilities, not just one.

Ofcourse, NNPC's pipeline couldn't be 9 years old...and by implication, crude theft couldn't have started in 2013 or 2014.
