Doctor in the house, please i would like to find out the following?

1 what is the effect of a cyst in a man testis

2 Can one operate it itself i.e to burst the cysts

3 is it advisable to remove it and if not what are the side effect

4 sometimes it brought out pain and felt like putting a syringe to drain it

5 and finally, how does it get attached to one of the testicles
