The FG counsel should remind the prosecuting judge the conditions for which he was originally discharged and that they now have fresh charges against him.

Well, I understand that the idea is to keep him in the DSS custody until Buhari leaves the office because Buhari is not ready or willing to release him. He has made that abundantly clear. So, for me, that's the best way to approach the matter.
