The Appeals Court is now “The Son Of Man”, so the Supreme Court must be God?

The Case that is already is in the Supreme court and that the National Security Council has already taken a decision on

You do know that the Courts do not tell the National Security Council what to do just as they cannot tell the National Assembly what to do
Are you calling for war?

NSC that cannot face BH. War will be the last straw to break the back of the contraption. Better say no to it.

NSC does not determine incarceration or bail. The decision to keep a Nigerian detained lies with the Court not the NSC.

You are dumb. Which arm of government is the National Security Council? If you did not study elementary government or social studies you also cannot read?

The National Security Council is under the Executive Arm of Government

The Judiciary does not tell it what to do just as the Supreme court cannot Command the Military on how to Conduct the Security of the Nation

The Supreme court does not tell the National Security Council how to secure the Nation because they do not answer to the Court but to the President and the Service Chiefs on matters of National Security

Insurrection and coordinated assassinations of Security Agents is not a Human Right it is a National Security Threat

The National Security Council only Answers to the President and Security Chiefs on matters of National Security

The Supreme court cannot overule their decisions just like it cannot overule the Chief of Army Staff on where and how to Secure and deploy his Troops

Ozekhome Kanu's Lawyer knows that and that was why he resorted to begging and kneeling down today

Kanu was on Radio calling for Insurrection and the Slaughter of all Security Agents

That is a matter of National Security in any Country

You can volunteer your argument to Malami. The terrorist fulani government has nothing on the great prophet Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. They're bound on all sides to let him go. Just like I said at the first time of his rendition, I reiterate that they MUST FREE him.
God bless MNK
God bless IPOB.

NB: I don't forget things as serious as this.

Do you think that the US Army that sent Osama Bin laden to his maker doesn't have Lawyers

The US President used his executive Powers and gave the order because it was an issue of Paramount National Security

A non terrorist court of law discharged and acquitted a terrorist what does that tell you ehhhh meh suya ?

Re: BREAKING: Again, Appeal Court Upholds Kanu’s Freedom by Nwaetche(m): 10:15pm On Oct 24, 2022
many folks here have told you that the NSC is an arm of the Executive and has no Power to detain someone the court has discharged.

Any further detention is illegal before the eyes of the law except if the supreme court declares A Status Quo Ante Order before final determination of the case.

Persistently arguing illegality does not make it right and it goes to show that you are unteacheable.

Your argument seems out of place and as someone suggested, you would have volunteered to help Malami if you have your facts right about Kanu.

I think it is a belated at this stage of the court process. The supreme can only adjudicate on the merit of the Appeal court judgement and any fresh fact not contained in the original appeal would not be entertained by the superior court.

I would advise that you focus your energy in marketing your BAT and leave Kanu and Malami.
