Are you okay?

When Nigeria gets a new president, you didn't call for intercessors.

UK doesn't need your outdated thoughts.

You are the one deceiving yourself. You need prayers!

Congratulations to the new Prime minister. Now is the time to get to work and unite the party and country. I like the tone of his speech. He did not make any out of the world promises but he assured the people that the mistake of the Strauss era will be fixed and painful decisions would be made.

He acknowledged that the economic challenges of the UK is linked to the effect of covid-19 and the devastating war between Russia and Ukraine that has disrupted the global energy market and supply chain. If this excuse is made in Nigeria, noisemakers will tell us to stop giving excuses as if Nigeria is immune to global problems.

Rishi Sunak is not a Christian despite the fact that over 90% of British people are Christians and nobody is talking about Hindunizing the Uk. It’s all about competency and getting things done. We must learn from this and stop making political decisions in Nigeria from religious prisms.

He's 42, active, granted many interviews, and his source of wealth is not shrouded in secrecy. You forgot to add all that?

“At the heart of our mandate is our manifesto” - Rishi Sunak.

Dear Peter Obi, where is your manifesto?

You're too shameless. Did your useless Tinubu even contribute one word to the useless manifesto that any hungry 'efiko' can write?

I don't blame you. Lazy, unproductive, unimaginative people like you have to be fawning and obsequious to despicable political bandits in order to find your daily bread. Shame on you.

The man bought the position because the British want to pacify Indians who claim that the Queen Elizabeth's crown was made of gold stolen from their country in the colonial era.

Not surprise this is the case in UK. But in Nigeria, the governor determines and empowers who becomes a traditional ruler. He funds and decorate him, he(governor) could also have the king removed in some part of the country whenever he deem fit and install another one. But the minister installment comes from the king's pouch in UK.

The white has grossly succeeded in bastardizing our ways and traditions but maintained and sustained theirs.
Africa needs alot of white influence cleansing from their lands. This is disturbing

Imagine what this same British media would report if an African King appointed the President.

Well, if the African king was a constitutional monarch, like King Charles, not holding absolute power, but with the power in the hands of the elected officials, no one would complain (as seen in Lesotho.) unlike a king that is autocratic, and even appoints a segment of parliament (like Swaziland).

Briitish kings have been defanged since the 18th century. They cannot remove prime ministers at will, they have no power over parliament, and they cannot even enter parliament like that (and have not been able to do so since January 1642, and the last king who did that was executed in 1649.)

Plus most monarchies in Africa have been removed by coups...eg Rwanda, Burundi, Ethopia.

You are not entirely right. The big difference here is that if he can't fix those problems, he will step down unlike here in Nigeria, where APC promised change, and have been ruling for almost 8yrs despite not providing the change

You're delusional is what is your problem. Comparing the UK to Nigeria. Are you not detached from reality?

No, he is, sadly, despite being a tinubu supporter, right.

First, has Buhari islamized Nigeria? After you folks told us he would...has he passed sharia law in IMO, Ogun, Rivers, and Ondo? (Zamfara state where Sharia was passed in 1999 is even an example of unislamic government self).

Tinubu is bad for Nigeria. I won't vote for him. But he is not going to islamize Nigeria if he wins. He did not islamize Lagos, or pass Sharia law in Lagos. Is he going to do that for Nigeria should he win? No. Someone who has not islamized his wife self.

No leader can islamize or christianize Nigeria. We are too complex and too confusing for someone to do that. And if anyone tries it, all he would end up with is war, and too many dead people...including his tribespeople.

Infact, they have been telling us that Muslims will islamize Nigeria since 1977...with plots going back to 1969. Up till now, not only has it not happened, thepopulaiton of christians is higher than it was at independence self.

(Funny thing is that Muslims think that we christians are plotting to christianize them with the help of the USA, and Israel!)
