all white people, Canadians originated from England and France na

Well there was Benjamin Disraeli...who was Jewish, and who was prime minister in the late 19th century. He was born in England to a Jewish father who emigrated from what is now Italy.

Bonar Law was a Canadian.

I think you mean most white canadaians came from England and France, and also from a host of other European countries too...

He’s just an appointee, so why should they be bothered if he’s a Christian or not? His authority is restricted.

Congratulations to the new Prime minister. Now is the time to get to work and unite the party and country. I like the tone of his speech. He did not make any out of the world promises but he assured the people that the mistake of the Strauss era will be fixed and painful decisions would be made.

He acknowledged that the economic challenges of the UK is linked to the effect of covid-19 and the devastating war between Russia and Ukraine that has disrupted the global energy market and supply chain. If this excuse is made in Nigeria, noisemakers will tell us to stop giving excuses as if Nigeria is immune to global problems.

Rishi Sunak is not a Christian despite the fact that over 90% of British people are Christians and nobody is talking about Hindunizing the Uk. It’s all about competency and getting things done. We must learn from this and stop making political decisions in Nigeria from religious prisms.

Nigeria is not immune to global issues but that's just a speck of Nigeria's economic problem. Was Nigeria any much better pre Covid-19 and since the invasion of Ukraine by the deluded Macho man of Russia? Nigeria's crude oil major buyers are focusing their attention on research and development of greener and ecologically friendly sources and they are throwing huge amounts at these projects. By 2040, car manufacturers will be producing nothing but zero-emissions vehicles. Nigeria's demand and supply of crude oil is dropping, while remittance from supplies are being diverted to private pockets. So you're a noisemaker if you challenge your leaders about the mess the country is in? Ok, e go soon reach everybody na, then your eyes will open and realise how deep of a mess you all are. Maybe, just maybe everyone will put bigotry, political controversies and ethnocentrism aside. Don't worry the time is coming.

And no, only 51% of the British population identifies as christians but 100% of the British population care not if the Prime Minister worship satan or pray to the lamp post in front of 10 Downing street every morning.

No, he is, sadly, despite being a tinubu supporter, right.

First, has Buhari islamized Nigeria? After you folks told us he would...has he passed sharia law in IMO, Ogun, Rivers, and Ondo? (Zamfara state where Sharia was passed in 1999 is even an example of unislamic government self).

Tinubu is bad for Nigeria. I won't vote for him. But he is not going to islamize Nigeria if he wins. He did not islamize Lagos, or pass Sharia law in Lagos. Is he going to do that for Nigeria should he win? No. Someone who has not islamized his wife self.

No leader can islamize or christianize Nigeria. We are too complex and too confusing for someone to do that. And if anyone tries it, all he would end up with is war, and too many dead people...including his tribespeople.

Infact, they have been telling us that Muslims will islamize Nigeria since 1977...with plots going back to 1969. Up till now, not only has it not happened, thepopulaiton of christians is higher than it was at independence self.

(Funny thing is that Muslims think that we christians are plotting to christianize them with the help of the USA, and Israel!)

Of course, Tinubu cannot even think of Islamization. He is too liberal to do that. His wife even frolics with a church. It's the Fulanis that are the problem. I tell you no lies, that thing is one of the major wishes that they have. And that they haven't been able to get it done is because God has repeatedly scuttled their plans. The people too are too aware and the public outrage is palpable. So they can't do it. Not that they had not made attempts though. But they can't just be successful.

People wey sabi wetin dem dey do

Nigerians are watching this development o, but most of them will blinded by tribalism at this time.

Na 42yr old man dem MPs, more than 102 of them, most in their late 60s and 70s back this young guy to lead them.

Can it happen in Nigeria? The answer is NO.

Our MPs will rather start looking for a fellow elder man like Tinubu, a man from their tribal region or office to support.

And later, you will try to compare Nigeria with other western nations who aren't repeating the mistakes of yester years.

Can you see it?

So if God is scuttling the plans of the Fulanis, why are you then worried about Islamization.?

Islamization of Nigeria is just a ploy used by some poltiicans to get you voting for them all the time...just like the other side uses christianization, or Zinonism.

It works, and it also prevents you from asking hard questions of your government.

Keep your evangelism to yourself, The UK doesn't need it. we have seen how much good it has done to your shithole country.

Sunak, UK's 57th PM, is the first British-Asian & the second youngest in over 200+ years.

This is the first time the King will be inviting a PM to form a new Government, his mother did it the last time - On 6th September.
At last... The first British-Asian PM.
