The email sent for missing documents is not up to 5% of total of what they need for the next stage, but it is still 50/50, checking missing documents with criterias they wanted, if you meet it good, if you don't meet, it is another thing.
Pray and hope for God's mercy to help through, getting to assessment center or stage doesn't guarantee getting jobs, I believe it is God's mercy, favour that gives the desired job and make dream come through.

Those in Nigeria won't need such a question since Nigeria LNG Will match them to interview locations closest to their address on file.

Those yet to receive an email since after the test likely uploaded all the things needed and filled in all the information necessary. Don't get yourself worked up with thinking.

Seems like mails were sent to 2 sets of persons:
1. Those who probably didn't upload some documents initially or had issues with uploads
2. Those who are outside the country to confirm their location

If you are not in any of these groups, no need to fret yourself, your documents are most likely in order...

So let's all chill and wait for the next official mail which should be the ASSESSMENT CENTER...

They most likely won't need to keep records of candidates they won't continue with. It's said that over a 100k people applied, you won't be keeping all that record for nothing.

In HR practice, all applicants' documents are kept for a period of 3 to 6 months before discarding.

Not all who applied that lives outside Nigeria passed. These set of people that were contacted are the ones that passed. They make up part of the successful candidates. Jasonex54 isn’t saying they are the only ones that passed, he is saying they are part of the successful candidates, hence the reason for the mail from NLNG. The remaining set of successful candidates will come from those that reside in Nigeria

With the high unemployment rate in Nigeria, NLNG is still giving employment to people outside Nigeria.
