Not exactly, production is good, but Dubai is a market hub, Nigeria can be a regional hub and still make it, they can also follow the China path and start with simple products like cleaner, razor, pencil, ear cleaners, electrical fittings, etc,.. To accomplish this, you need the kind of electric energy plan that Egypt is pursuing
