Find below construction site pictures of this 2 Storey hotel structure at the Ikotun area of Lagos, popularly known as Aso Rock Hotel, for your viewing pleasure as well as understanding of some intricacies of the construction process.

The project started in 2019 and got completed in December of 2020, after slight delays due to COVID restrictions. Opened with all rooms fully booked on Christmas Eve, 24th December, 2020 and still going strong 2years on.

From foundation, we moved briskly to setting the ground floor block walls as the pictures below depict.

As stated, this building structure was opened on Christmas Eve 24th Dec, 2020 with all rooms fully booked and has remained so till date, largely because of the marked difference in it's architecture and finishing compared to the existing structures within the premises. At some point, online ads had to be halted due to massive demand.
