16 tips on managing up as a career starter: 🌺 Just like you, your boss is human. Except something is wrong and beyond your control, you should be able to relate with them without fear. 🌺 Observe your manager: their working style, how they communicate with others and what they prioritize. Adapt your style with theirs as much as you can. Where you disagree, apply wisdom. 🌺 You are being assessed in the first few times of meeting with them.
