Helpers come in the form of Candidates Interviewers Difficult Bosses Difficult Colleagues Vendors Previous Employers/Colleagues Etc. Your next promotion, contract, Job, or Big break is with a human, choose not to fight everyone this year. Be sensitive enough to know who your helper is cos God humans to bless humans. I gave a referral of a colleague who we never user to get along with, but when I got the opportunity I spoke on her behalf and told the contacts not to mention my name. I found out she later got the job. Till date she does not know I referred her.
