How long have you lived/did you live in Lagos?
A lot of you people just make vague statements like 'see what he did in Lagos'without mentioning anything concrete other than he paid WAEC FEES. Tell me five things he did for Lagos. I'll tell you my own experience.

I was born, bred, and buttered in Lagos (almost 4 decades now).

However, that man's tenure remains the worst in the history of Lagos. All the good things Marwa did, him and his Area boys scattered in 8 years, and turned Lagos to a smelly dump site. Take it from someone who used to pass Oshodi at least once a week those days. Nowhere to put your leg because of dust bin and trash everywhere. Thank God for Fashola who came and cleaned up the mess.

Buba Marwa is still one of the best governors the state ever had. There was SANITY in Lagos during his tenure. If you are an agbero and you hear from a distance that OPERATION SWEEP is coming, if you dont take off, you will find yourself in AREA F in Ikeja.
Kai I really miss those days. Lagos was quite organised and the Police was highly revered. Not now that police no longer has any level and area boys have become the indirect rulers of the state.

The state started falling apart immediately TInubu took over in 1999. The state became a place of lawlessness and a dumping site. Oshodi was a nightmare and an eyesore. Dustbin everywhere. Thank God for Fashola who to an extent helped redirect the state to its former glory. That's why when I hear people say what he did in Lagos, my heart skips a bit because, I am yet to really see what he did in terms of infrastructure and environmental development.

But I remember him for one thing, he did pay our WAEC fees 20 years ago, and for that he earns my gratitude and respect till this day.
And for the records :

Tinubu didn't pay your WAEC fees; taxpayers' money did.

Tinubu will attend when non-partisan TV stations like Channels TV organise one

It would've been better if Peter Obi and kwakwaso can merge together.
They will be undefeated I swear.
Both has good plans and intention for the country.
But am sorry my fellow Nigerians are still blind pushing for APC & PDP all in the name of ethnicity.

May God help us.

Obi refused to be kwakwaso vice.
He expects a whole kwankwaso to step down for him meanwhilebsenator kwankwaso has said it numerous that even if he is to step down, it will be for Asiwaju.

No, he is not Abiola but Tinubu.

If we are to go by your statement, are you saying that since no Igbo man has been president for nearly 6 decades, Obi has no chance or that he would fail just like Ojukwu did?

Or that Atiku would fail just like Atiku has always failed since 1992 when he started when Abiola and Kingibe beat him to the SDP ticket?

In case you don’t understand mathematics, democracy is about the majority, 20% is a minority, 20% will never determine the result of an election because the 20% itself is split.

This is why you people don’t win elections you don’t understand basic arithmetic!!! The people that will determine the outcome of the elections are on farms, motor parks, markets etc, they don’t understand the grammar you are speaking in Arise debates!!!

All these debates are for an inconsequential 20% to make themselves feel relevant to the process. Real politicians (those who know what it takes to win elections) know how they vote doesn’t matter!!!
