When will Muhammadu Buhari be sent to prison for disobeying court order to release Nnamdi Kanu?
I am not a supporter of the Biafran agitation, but the order of court must be obeyed if this country must remain and not turn to a jungle where everyone takes laws into their hands and does as he pleases.
Buhari is a goat!

Mockery of the judicial process. He should have invited him or fine EFCC, sending efcc to jail is laughable. If implemented, tomorrow it will be ndlea next.

No matter how they want to use the court to intimidate efcc, that guy is not getting those items and cash back since they are proceeds of crime. In fact the judge is playing with his job. The Judge should give judgement while efcc goes to appeal court and then SC.His court is not the final court.

Once the proceeds of crime, cash and car returned to him, he will deplete them and sell the car before appeal court and supreme court rule!
The judge should give judgement and move on to other cases so that efcc can appeal his judgement

When we talk about strong institutions, this is what we are saying. We have no strong institutions. Imagine the way the courts are disobeyed. Why wouldn't they? Who in their right sense will look at a fascist state like Nigeria and take it serious? That is why we can't have investors or nothing. The sleazebags in charge of this country have deplored it's values so much that we can't have nothing, I mean nothing going for it. Imagine a country where a criminal case against the police will have only the police investigating and giving Forensic evidence in court. Why wouldn't things be messed up? A lot of Nigerians are ignorant. The police keeps lobbying the legislators to maintain the status quo. Activist and political judges with little or no knowledge of the sanctity of the constitution, politicians and appointees having little or no value for the courts.

Abdukrasheed Bawa is now a convicted felon.

Whenever he decides to play active politics and vie for an election, this conviction will be digged up to disqualify him. Continue disobeying court orders. You will pay one way or the other. grin

No, he is not a convicted felon because he was never charged with a criminal offence. He has been cited for contempt of Court. Very different.

The most corrupt government Nigeria ever had, seizes properties of its political opponents, but watches as its political appointees steal N80 billion and take the loot to northern Nigeria.

The EFCC as an agency can not be imprisoned, someone has to do it for the agency.
Being the Chairman of the agency enjoying all the benefits of a chairman. He should take up the responsibility. Since He failed in his duty to give the order for the court to be obeyed .

Yeah. I was born yesterday and this car and cash that can be depleted before Appeal Court and Supreme court judgement should be released to someone efcc identifies as part of international corruption cabal because a judge sitting down comfortably in his office thinks he is all knowing. smh.

Re: EFCC Chairman, Bawa, Sentenced To Kuje Prison For Disobedience by Nobody: 4:14pm On Nov 08, 2022
the EFCC is answerable to the justice system of Nigeria, no single person including the president is above the law, although the president enjoys immunity but it depends on the weight of the crime committed, the EFCC should be arrested by the police for contempt, he needs to respect court judgements, even this treatment can also be given to NK, continuous detention of NK by the government after an appeal court judgement can be seen as a contempt and an ability to truncate the justice system, the judge can further issue subpoena to the DSS, FG and attorney General to explain their reasons for continuous detention and if proven beyond reasonable doubt based on merits thay it is within the national interest to withhold NK's release then d judge may overturn the earlier judgement and wait for further appeal from the accused legal team
