Please i would like to know  if any student has used a joint account under this ukba tier 4 student visa, my elder brother and I has a joint account, which is

roughly about =N=2,100,000 and i intend to use the statement for my application (student visa),

I was denied 1 yr ago, when i used my legal guardians account. i realy dont know what my chances are, any advice would be appreciated.

I know the rules, am not asking if its possible/legal to use a joint account , i just want to know if anybody has used a joint account for his/her student

application.

Why not move the money into ur account to avoid another refusal? Since ur brother allows u to use the money then moving it to an account with ur name only is ur best bet.
