Like the popular saying, pride goes before a fall. Concerned Igbos and other well meaning Nigerians alike have been observing Soludo's careless rhetorics and unwarranted attacks on Peter Obi.

Firstly, Peter Obi is not Soludo's immediate predecessor. There is a whole 8 years gap i.e. the period Obiano ruled before Soludo emerged so one wonders what obsession on Peter Obi is all about by this man. Soludo has been dishing out half truths and even blatant lies against Obi. If Soludo should be talking about his predecessors, his focus should be on Obiano who ruled for 8 years before handing over to him but alas, he left Obiano and has focused his attacks on Obi.

Soludo may have done well as CBN governor and that was why many were happy when he emerged governor of Anambra state. However, there are examples of popular personalities who became governor only to leave with a tattered reputation. For instance, Rochas was very popular when he became governor of Imo state but he de-railed along the line and later became hated by the people. Soludo is already taking that same path Rochas took!

Soludo attacks Igbos and their interests just to gain popularity from outsiders, exactly the same thing Rochas did! He is also using substandard contractors just like Rochas too!

Soludo has started with very unpopular policies like slamming outrageous taxes on virtually everyone in a time of economic crises. He has also increased school fees to as much 10,000 for secondary school students when it is free in other states.

This man is suffering from crab mentality. He believes he is the best and most qualified person in Igboland. He knows that should Peter Obi win, it would take a long time before the presidency would come to the East again and this man has always nursed the ambition of being Nigeria's president. So, he is tactically attacking Peter Obi and hoping he doesn't succeed so he can finish his tenure and contest for president on Igbo mandate.

Unfortunately for Soludo, Peter Obi's emergence is divine. All those that attack Obi end up suffering consequences. From Ekweremadu to Ihedioha etc. Soludo is not half as popular or even respected like Mbaka but he also had his own karma.

If Soludo continues on this self destruct path he has taken due to selfishness, he should be ready to suffer the consequences when karma comes for him.

I trust the Igbo tribe to treat those saboteurs just the way they treat Okorocha and those senseless rascals in their midst

They will definitely deal with Soludo
Watch out

They don't leak their leaders ass the way we northerners and Yoruba people do.
That's why indirect rule from the British couldn't work in Igbo Land

Soludo knows he’s digging his grave and digging it deep.

But he had better performed if not, Anambra people will fling him through the window.

And someone who knows him should tell him to shut up.

Soludo did not attack Obi. He merely stated that PO so-called investment is next to nothing.
So you want him to lie to save the face of someone who betrayed his party

I'm beginning to wonder at soludo. The support he got was massive. He should focus on delivering the deliverables associated with a functional society instead of running his mouth.
If care is not taken, this guy will kiss the governor's seat goodbye after his first term

I trust Anambra people

Igbos hate truth they just want to push whatever agenda that came into their head no matter how stupid it is without listening or considering any other contrary opinions.

Okorocha was packaged as a super performer during his time in office but immediately he tried to form a bigger alliance with other regions the same people that packaged him expose him for the whole world to see . The same thing with Dave Umahi

Are they not also rebranding the failure and liar Obi as a saint and forcing everyone to accept their latest cult hero?

The Igbo is incapable of self rule

I noticed his treacherous and betrayal tendencies during the fight with Ojukwu wife and Obiano's wife....

He was inbetween and making jest of the ex-first lady with mockery smiles and all of that .. I perceived childishness all over him. And a first sign of incompetence. As a leader, that was his first task as a newly elected governor but he failed.

His fight against Peter Obi is plain hatred. He is jealous of the massive show of love. He feels he should be the one collecting the accolades.

But I'm worried about the man failing as Governor. He should remove his Akwaete stuff and wear his suit and work in peace.

God prevent him from failing.

Three Hail Marys for Soludo.

This headline and some of the comments suggests that Igbos are not free to objectively air their views, or clarify the true position of things. Such dissenting voices will be bullied all in a bid to promote a particular narrative, that we can therefore conclude is false.

Is that not majority tyranny, a very dangerous development to the well-being of the people in their society? This will promote the lowest brains in the society to control the biggest say not by superior arguments but by brute force. Something that we see happening already.
