You see that Nigeria is a useless place? GDP per capita In Algeria is $4,180 while in Nigeria it's $2,532. The minimum wage in Nigeria should be at least N80, 000 Considering the renoval of subsidy, minimum wage should be 120k 11 Likes 1 Share |

Nigeria ordinarily should do better than Algeria. We are a nation blessed heavily. From human resources to natural resources, all the resources you can think of, Nigeria has it. What we have lacked is leadership. Criminals, tribalist, certificate forgers, drug barons and people of all manner of questionable characters have ravaged the Nigeria democratic system thereby plugging the nation into destruction, poverty and collaspe. The obidient new Nigeria is the hope of our nation. 13 Likes |

Algeria has 45 million people and produes approx 1.5million barrels of oil a day Nigeria has 220 million people and produces approx 1.5 million barrels of oil a day. Putting it into perspective, assuming oil money was shared in a day. Algerians get 28 dollars from the oil revenue per day Nigerians would get 58 cents or 0.58 dollars from the oil revenue per day. We cannot compete with Algeria unless we reduce our population by magic to 50 million or less people. Esepcailly since we are about 5 times larger than the Algerians, AND EARN THE SAME REVENUE as they do. There is a reason why we cannot be like Algeria. And yes, one quarter of 101000 gives us approx 25000 naira...which is close to our mininum wage of 33000 naira. Now before you start 1.This shows our government past and present is useless....because they did not diversify the economy. 2.This also shows we make a big mistake relying on oil...why can't we diversify. 3.If Algeria runs out of oil...wahala. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

Bros the secret cults that exist in Nigeria do they exist in Algeria? Nigeria is the evil capital of the world. That country God asked Abraham to leave was Nigeria and that point in earth where the fallen angels fell to is in Nigeria. Have you observed the farther away a country is to Nigeria the better that country is? This is because those peaceful devil left the wicked devilin Nigeria and walk away just as a peaceful man would give a troublesome person nautical mile distance. 13 Likes 1 Share |

Tntsi: Obi was not promising anything different from Atiku or tinubu. Which is why we should have voted for neither of them Nigeria's problem is simple. You guys argue all day long about how the money should be shared. Also, when we discover new resources, the first thing we talk of is how we should export it and share the money. We just discovered lithium in Nassarawa state. Already we are exporting it to China, who would take the lithium and use it to make batteries for your phone and car which they will sell back to Nigeria at huge profit. Profit that could have stayed in Nigeria if we made the things here...but no. (And you guys complain we have no light, yet cheer for the person who bypasses meter, and refuse to let power companies make a profit to fix things. So how can you have light?) To make those things in Nigeria, we no wan do. Like now, did Obi attract any industries that export stuff to the world to Anambra? How about TInubu? Atiku was chief specialist in selling government companies self. 10 Likes 4 Shares |

Whalis: Algeria also is the home of crime, and even had a version of Boko Haram that for two decades was killing and maiming innocent algerians from 1991-2008, maybe later. They also had vicious millitary dictators and a host of bad leaders. Every country is just as bad as the others. Some are good at hiding it. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Did you bother to think about why Algeria is like that?.. It's because the citizens of Algeria love their country, they don't go and queue for Uk, USA visas and be paying millions for proof of English test like the idiots in Nigeria do in the bid to japa. The remaining ones in the country are nothing but diasppointment, thieves all about personal gains and their own pockets. There is a verse in the bible that talks about individual prosperity in relation to their place of origin.. it says whosoever seeks the prosperity of Jerusalem (Nigeria in this context), he too shall prosper. In same vein, whosoever seeks the downfall of his/her country won't make headway in life no matter who prays for him/her. |

flokii: Let me start by asking you a question? Where were Zidane's parents from? You guessed it...Algeria. Millions of Algerians have since independence emigrated to, and are still emigrating to France. The ruling class and upper portions of the Armed forces are culturally having an affinity to France. (Even Algerian Arabic is peppered with French words.). Also, Algeria during the colonial period was considered an integral part of France, not a colony like Ivory coast, guinea or senegal, or even a protectorate like Morocco. There are 2 million Algerians in France at the moment. 1 Like |

Workch: Still in essence makes the argument that Algeria has a higher GDP because at the end they have a smaller populaiton, and as such the Gdp per capita would be higher than Nigeria that has a larger GDP. And by extension, Algeria can afford higher minimum wage and some form of subsides. Nigeria might be like Algeria if our populaiton was 45 MILLION. Cut it down to 5 million and we would be like Dubai. Plus, you missed my ultimate point really. Good evening. 1 Like |

Workch: Half does not mean we can earn as much as half as the Algerians. Plus we are a broke country...and this leads to my final point. We have to change our economy from reliance on oil to being that of an exporter of industrial goods...like China. THEN we can have a GDP that makes Algeria's look useless and poor. If you don't get my point, sorry And by the way, don't be abusive to me again. 3 Likes |

Holyfic:The main problem is that they are not interested in generating more revenue that is why Nigeria is grinding to a halt. Instead they and their families are only interested and focused on devouring the little existing revenue that is being generated like vultures feasting on a dead decaying carcass. chimex38: My dear you won't understand, things are getting worse. People no longer move about because they can no longer afford the most basic needs such as Transport fare, transporters hardly see customers these days, in all these, earnings remains the same. If they can't move about, how can productivity be facilitated? How can they go to farms? Won't there be food insecurity? 1 Like |
