I have been having issue on Alison Education platform trying to make payment with my card online. Before now, I could make payment for my certificate but since 3days ago, it's been declining every card I used. I need to make a payment of N22,000. I have cleared the cache of my browser, used another browser, used another phone, and even used a friend's card. It declines every card. Their online support system is very poor. I have contacted their customer service on Facebook and Twitter and awaiting their response. While I wait for them, I decide to post this here to see if anyone could have an idea why I'm facing this challenge. 3 Likes |
