We need digital toll gate system UK, US, UAE all have digital toll gates that pays private contractors to manage Federal roads A normal human being shouldn't be pained by paying N300 naira to service every 50km of Federal roads he passes Nigerian Infrastructural deficit won't be tackled if we keep thinking Niger Delta "Oyel" is the only means of financing infrastructure . 4 Likes |
