About the Job

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Agreeing and managing budgets.
• Creating staffing rotas.
• Planning food menus.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Promoting and marketing the business on social media
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

• Coordinating schedules by planning and scheduling meetings and outdoor catering events.

• Being responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, including contact outside normal business hours.

• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Perform other related tasks as may be required by the boss.

Job Requirements

2+ years experience in a similar role with a Degree, start-up experience is a plus.

Outstanding time management, execution, and organizational skills.

Planning & project management skills; managing & coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Business-level written and verbal English communication skills.

Hardworking individuals with can-do attitudes.
