The Law of Moses was designed and presented by God to the children of Israel for a National Constitution for the State of Israel in the Land of Canaan - God Himself made it such.

Deuteronomy 10:18-19 shows us that strangers are welcome.

@Bearfruit, In case you think that God should indeed not be taken seriously as some would rather have you believe, please pay particular attention to what is written in the context of that presented in scripture.

12 “Now, Israelites, listen! What does the Lord your God really want from you? The Lord your God wants you to respect him and do what he says. He wants you to love him and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
13 So obey the laws and commands of the Lord that I am giving you today. These laws and commands are for your own good.

As you can see, the benefits extended by God to the strangers who live in the Land of Canaan among the people of Israel are limited as highlighted in verse 18 above. God pours out His mercy daily on the wicked and the ungrateful, however, this does not in any way translate to mean that God's Law and Constitution which He designed specifically for those of the blood of Jacob, then, against God, belong to every man and nation on earth.

God does not change His Mind, and neither will He give to the foreigners that which He has promised only to those who have the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins. i.e. children of Israel. Anyone who believes God is not to be taken at His Word does not trust God nor believe Him faithful to His Word.
