It's no longer a news to all and sundry that the CBN has propagated its resolve to redesign the Naira Notes for certain reasons that are made known to the general public, regardless of the controversial and divergent opinions of individual citizens about the project.

Ever since it has been broadly announced, it's has become a commonplace to see stolen, ill-gotten or hoarded bills resurfacing in circulation.

Although those Notes have been produced over a decade, they are strikingly looking neat, which can't but raise suspicions about their source!
