blink182: It makes a lot of sense, keep up the good job. If I may ask, why don't you want the pipes inside the walls.
Mine are outside too and my reason was based on what I witnessed at a friends house where the pipe cracked and at first we thought someone didn't flush the toilet, then we thought there was a crack on top of the suckaway since cars run over it, then by the second day, you don't want to know! Waste from the flat above was routing through the blocks instead of through the pipes that transport waste to the suckaway.

@trust101:
Just got an idea from you that I never thought of! I will consider covering mine too with pillar look kind of design! Thanks

@trust101:
What is this your roof called again? Asbestos? Why did you chose it or prefer it to the aluminum roof? Price? About how much will this roof cost you? Pls break it only in 3. Cost of wood/nails, asbestos/other materials, and labour.

Google ROMAN TILE you will see all the info.! this is NOT asbestos at all,look closely,on aluminum i don't do what others are doing and on the price i don't care to know how much Aluminum cost.Breaking down the cost check page 8,9 and 10 the roofing isn't finished yet so i cant give the total price on that.
Thanks.
