One of the relatives of the woman he killed decided to cast a spell of madness on who killed his only benefactor. The armed robber later ran mad for 10 years as a result of the spell casted on him by dead old woman relatives. A pastor decided to heal him till he regained his consciousness. After regaining his consciousness he became a born again.
The question is: is it possible for the police to arrest the ex-armed robber for his past actions before he ran mad, now that he is a BORN AGAIN.

Why didn't the police arrest and prosecute him in all those 10 years ?

There's a difference between a sin and a crime. Most Nigerian christians always confuse the 2. God might have forgiven him, but the law still needs to take its course. His only saving grace would be:

1) If God decides to intervene and protect him from prosecution.
2) If he could prove he was mentally unstable while commiting those crimes (this is applicable in the developed world. Don't know if it's applicable in this shambolic Nigerian legal system).

Did you not see that Bill Cosby, R. kelly, Weinstein were prosecuted for crimes committed long ago, even when they were not declared wanted?

Know this, Exactly as God does and has done, in that even Cain has not yet been prosecuted for his crimes nor the fallen angels, this is The Law "there is no limitation as to the prosecution of crime".

Legal (man's unlawful law) says "there is no statute limitation against crime".

It was a sane person that killed so as long as he is sane nobody will believe his ran mad story if the case is opened he will face the law!
