Ekaladehan A lie that never existed And the Real Truth Of the ile ife-ile ibinu (benin) connection

As history puts it the name of a father and bloodline reflects in his descendants but the benins said in their lies of a history that Ekaladehan was oduduwa their lost prince (a usual lie they use in claiming the history of others) Oduduwa was long gone like 300years before the birth of oranmiyan

Let’s use technicality if it was true then the royal house of ife would have a Bini name and the title would reflect as bini. (It never did)

But when Oranmiyan conquered Igodomigodo his son was given Yoruba name Owomika short name owoka which was corrupted to Eweka and his descendants until oba akengbuda all had yoruba names so my question is why didn’t ekaladehan bini name reflect of their story was true but instead the benin oba names reflects in Yoruba.

Yes they lied that the other name of ekaladehan is izoduwa but they even the name oduwa is not of bini origin but Yoruba as we had Lenuwa in Yoruba land (ode omi) we also had NENUWA (itsekiri) wey before the creation of Bini kingdom.

The answer is ekaladehan is a made up lie and oduduwa was never Ekaladehan

but when the third ogiso which is the last of the ife blood line reigned the rest who reigned after him became the indigenous people of igodomigodo they cut ties with ile ife which gave the prompt after how many years oramiyan was ordered by the royal house to seize control of benin which made him conquer their capital Udo and ended the reign of the ogiso he became king and took control of benin to act as a vassal to ife but he was rebuked Oranmiyan got tired of their constant rebellion and left naming igodomigodo as Ile ibinu (land of anger) when he left he stopped briefly at Egor where he took Erinmwide, the daughter of the Enogie (or Duke) of Egor, as a wife to ile ife after short stay at ife as the ooni of ife Oranmiyan left his wife and child and went on to conquer Oyo and became the founder of Oyo-Ile and first Alaafin of Oyo.

later the bini ethnic a small group in igodomigodo went to ife and demanded a royal blood to be given to them the sitting king there was Obalufon II then said that only a son from that land can rule them and he ordered The son of Oranmiyan to go with his mothers people and be king over them.
