Here are 8 ways we can be delivered from the destroyer by the mercies of God.
1) By believing in God and receiving Jesus Christ as the true Son and Saviour from God and be baptized with the Holy Spirit
2) By believing God can do all things by His power, knowledge, wisdom and Words in the Bible.
3) By serving God in truth and in Spirit and honouring parents and all men in the fear of God.
4) By being spiritual, consistently and persistently engaging in prayers and fasting often.
5) By meditating on the Word of God to build up your faith and to have knowledge and understanding of God's Words.
6) By strongly beliving and giving glory & thanksgiving to God for every of your success and achievement in Faith.
7) By abiding on the Word of God to live righteously, perfectly and be Justified by faith before God and man.
8.) By seeking communion with the Holy Spirit from people more anointed in faith and in grace of God.

You can commune with God. You don't need any pastor to help you do that. Silentflute1234:
Yes. U ar very correct. But how can someone entangled with issues n probs of life and even the glamours of this world achieve such feats...? A man must be properly guided n thought to av the knowledge of who God the father is, b4 he can attain such feats...now permit me to ask this humble question; "Is it through all this churches we see n hear about, all this pastors n so called men of god that only makes merchandise of church members, that we will look up to to teach the truth and guide people to know God ?? Truth is, God is full of compassion and slow to anger, that's why He still comes through for us on many occasions even outside our knowledge...the only way we can be totally free from the powers of the devil is when we av the knowledge of who God our father is, and the devil knows this and thats why she devices every means to rob us of that knowledge. God created the angel who became the devil and God knows her better than us.
If u are a true child of God, u must be able to have the ability to hear and understand the speakings of God to you..cos there lies the secret to overcome the world n the devil...
But will glamour of the world and issues of life allow that It's a price we must pay!!!!

And still be extremely corrupt, engaging in cyber crime, patronising call girls/guy's, engaging in kidnapping armed rubery and killing of innocent people, killing of innocents people in some sort of fetish ritualism to make money? The list is endless and yet you'll still be regarded as a repented person for as long as you accept jesus as your lord and saviour?
This lead us back to the question " What does repenting mean?"
It is written: it is not everyone that call me Lord Lord that will enter into the kingdom of God but he who obeys God commandments. So don't look up to pastors or fake prophets. It is a free world, you can decide to live right or wrong. |
