Yes, Elon has nothing to do with Africa cos he doesn't operate there. There is nothing wrong with that.

Also, you don't invest in Africa because it is a non-fertile land, but you can only donate there like Bill Gates. It is called service to humanity. The money you put into Africa, just accept that it is gone. Except you invest in pulling out natural resources there like oil companies, and in most cases, they come to do shady businesses. Not also investment, but looting. So, as you wrote in your opening sentence, he can only donate to Africa. And you cannot force him to do so.

But you invest in fertile land. And you can't say he wasted money to buy Twitter yet. You are just saying it cos you don't think like a billionaire.

Elon can't be forced to donate to Africa now because he is still an active CEO. People like Bill Gates who have retired think of that more. Well, Zack of Facebook invests in talents here. Poor nations are useless. This is just the truth. They have everything to not be poor, but if you dig deep, corruption is the reason they are poor.
