The P&ID judgment shows the foolishness of the Nigerian system.
The Process & Industrial Developments Limited (P&ID), secured a gas-supply contract to turn Nigeria’s gas reserves into electricity in 2010.
Then came the Buhari administration and they canceled the contract claiming bribery was involved. While it is highly likely that bribery was involved as with almost all contracts in Nigeria, The Buhari administration had little or no proof.

This is a government that does not care about court orders or the rule of law. The Government's decision is going to cost us more than $11 billion as the interest keeps accruing each day.

The big lesson; we need intelligent people in office. A doctor would not cut off a limb in trying to treat a sore. The Buhari administration remains our biggest mistake since 1960. Don't make the same mistake in 2023.
