Well, 2023 is just behind the corner. And may I remind you that Wike only won 2015 election because the election outcome was manipulated by INEC. His reelection was more of an easy ride because their was no formadable opposition. This time it won't be uhuru for him. And even Wike knows this for a fact. And let me correct one impression, Amaechi paid some Civil servants their gratuity. My dad retired as a Director when Amaechi was governor and he got his gratuity few months after his retirement.
