Naah. China and India are buying them cheaper, they are actually paying less and getting more. Russia needs to sell it's gas/oil to generate revenue. It's a significant portion of Russias export.

China and India can't cover the lose of the USA/EU market. That was their biggest market.

Any deal between between Nigeria/Africa and Russia must be extremely favorable to Africa.
