I used to sleepwalk when I was a very young boy back then in boarding school.

I’ve never experienced it until lately, like 2-3 times.

The 3rd happened last night and I don’t like it.

It leaves me mentally drained and confused that I get angry and won’t go back to sleep for a long time.

I really wish to stop it.

Plus, I’m scared of finding myself outside of the house in the middle of the night and end up some streets far away from the house.

Please, this is no joke.
