Is it in any way better to eat Semovita instead of Garri with regards to carbohydrate and other nutritional content?

all depends on the accompany soldier, if na ogbono, it doesnt matter any of the 2 goes, if na okra, gari will do, too much hold up with semovita, if na veggitable, i will pass on both, so all depends on the assist soldier

For me, semo will do any day cos of its smooth feel. Just like pounded yam. If u prefer garri to semo, perhaps, u dont know wat u're missing. cheers!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe semo is nutritious but the taste is yuck. I have the money but i woun't touch semo with a stick. I prefer wheat.

any will do for me. . .buh i hardly eat dem sef. Although. . .garri has got some natural taste dat stimulates me to eat more of it unlike semovita. . .i get fed up easily.

With regards to the one that's higher in carbohydrate, it's semovita cos garri has gone through some processes. Semovita is made from wheat and d fiber content has been removed. So you are likely to gain more weight from eating semovita than garri. I personally like semovita to garri though am careful about eating starchy foods.

lf you are eating just to qunch hunger, eat garri, but if you are nutritionally conscious eat WHEAT.
