I had an online meeting and I barred incoming calls from my line to avoid distractions. After the meeting I couldn't unbar the incoming calls till this moment. I can make calls but can't be called and I don't receive sms. I have called mtn customer call centre more than four times but nothing was done. I also went to their office for a sim swap yet the problem is still there. How can a company like mtn not be able to solve this simple problem for more than a day. I have lost many opportunities because of this. Maybe I should take a legal action
