I seriously agree with you. Boko Haram insurgency has reduced to the level that I cannot remember when last I heard of the word BH. But that has being replaced with ISWAP, Bandits, Kidnappings in almost every state of the North, Herdsmen attacks and the rest. One wonders whether we replaced it something better or a different kind of worse. Kaduna/Niger state had villages under one form of attack, kidnapping or what have you, I can't remember Niger having any security apart from the Madalla bombing till the present government came in. Should we discuss the present day security issues in Kogi, Taraba, Kano, Kaduna, Kebbi, Jigawa, Zamfara... etc which were not there before 2015?
