Sophisticated my foot. They're just robots, moved by powers that be. I've never liked the CBN governor for his daft policies. Even before he contested for presidency, he has committed several impeachable offences. Yet nobody did anything.

All of a sudden, he designed the currency and limits withdrawals, against the wish of the people who has held this country to ransom, and all hell is been let loosed.

The old notes are still legal tender till January 31, 2023.
