Anambra is just a name but that place has been in existence since forever.

Also, do not discount the population demographics too, Lagos is way more populated thus it takes a lot more to govern the state in terms of resources and expertise compared to Anambra. Lagos didn’t receive federal allowance or allocation throughout the tenure of Tinubu but Tinubu did well, no state can do that in Nigeria apart from some few oil producing states

While Anambra received federal allocation in Billions for 8years of Peter Obi’s tenure, Obasanjo intentionally withheld Lagos state allocation because he wanted them to port to PDP and support him but instead Tinubu created LCDAs and generated fund for all his projects internally , he made every LCDA self sufficient and they were remitting little to the center , which is what Nigeria need today, every Local government should generate income with their resources and be independent
