As you start your New Year with new hopes, dreams and desires, let's take a look at the year that has passed. Silence the mind, pause, and take some time to reflect. Ask yourself: In 2022 What challenges did you personally face? What lessons did you learn? What are your 2022 highlights? What are you grateful for experiencing? What good thing from 2022 are you carrying into 2023? In 2023 What qualities would you like to refine? What will be your 2023 motto? What would you like to give your attention to? What do you want to start? What do you want to stop? Write the above answers in a special notebook (or a note on your phone) - and come back to them at different points in 2023 to reflect, revise and review your notes of how you expected your 2023 to roll out and to get back on track if needed.
