Those empires you mentioned never ruled over the world and are not even among the greatest empires that existed,
Russia and China don't want One World Order and can never become world power like the US, that's why they are fighting for regionalism to keep the Americans away from their regions, the USA is the only country that have successfully ruled the entire world for 70 years now, British empire didn't even come closer.

Why do you still believe creation story in this 21st century with Internet(knowledge)?
