There are three major ethnic groups in Nigeria.
They're The igbos, The Yorubas and the Hausas.
The Yoruba and the Hausas have connived effectively since the end of the Nigeria Biafra war to keep the igbos away from central power. We have had people like Obasanjo, shonekan and co from the west. Shagari, Murtala, Babangida and co from the north. None from the East.

With the present Democratic dispensation, the other two regions have accessed power at the presidency with the help of the igbos, but now want to continue excluding igbos from doing so through mischief. That is unacceptable. That's why te political tempo is different across regional lines.. And Until the whole scenerio is leveled, you have no justification to demand that igbos behave in certain ways that fits your warped definition of acceptable political culture.
